Meet our Team

Mrs Figura-Drane joined Charles Darwin in 2025 as a KS1 Classroom Assistant and now works as an Inclusion Support Assistant, supporting students with additional learning needs. Alongside this role, she works at an Alternative Provision as a Forest School Facilitator, supporting young people with SEND.

Prior to joining Charles Darwin, Mrs Figura-Drane spent ten years engaging families and young people with arts and heritage events across Norwich. She loves supporting children to be creative and engage with outdoor learning.
