Charles Darwin Primary has been judged as an Outstanding school by Ofsted. The school opened in September 2016 and was inspected 25th - 26th June 2019, achieving Outstanding in all areas.
Leaders were praised, with Ofsted stating that they have "constructed a curriculum that supports pupils’ academic, personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development exceptionally well."

Inspectors praised the nursery's "enthusiastic and skilled" staff, commenting: "Staff plan a wide range of exciting and imaginative activities that children of all ages enjoy. Staff have a very clear understanding of how children learn and they use many effective strategies to encourage children's high levels of participation in activities."
