Meet our Team

Ms Sebire brings twenty years of leadership experience across a range of London boroughs, an international educational setting, and, most recently, here at Charles Darwin Primary Academy. A qualified ILM workplace coach, she is also undertaking advanced executive leadership studies to further deepen her strategic and organisational expertise. 

Since joining Charles Darwin, Ms Sebire has worked closely with her dedicated team to strengthen the school’s culture of high aspiration and inclusivity. Most recently, she led the school through a highly successful Ofsted inspection (2025), securing the retention of its Outstanding judgement for both the main school and the nursery. This achievement reflects the school’s unwavering commitment to excellence and the collaborative, values driven approach that underpins daily practice.
